Do you do warranty work?
NO : That must go to Dealer but we can help by doing the research for you. We can also do your regular maintenance while you're under warranty.

Does the dealer have to do the oil changes and scheduled maintenance (5k mile services) to maintian my warranty?
NO : Anyone can change the oil even at home as long as you keep the receipt for the oil and it was done according to the maintenance schedule (refer to The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for more information).

Do you do Prepurchase Inspections?
YES : Just give us a call and we will work you in as soon as possible. (Cost: $50)

What about towing?
We use Max towing and will put the amount on the bill.

Why should I take my car to you instead of the dealer?
We do 8 cars a day the dealer does 80. In other words, we take the time to make sure you are served ONE AT A TIME ( with a one-on-one consultation). Come visit us to see how we work!

Do you work with aftermarket warranties?
NO : We try, but most after-market warranties are really only an insurance policy and not truly a warranty.

What is the time frame for getting parts?
Minimum of 1 Hour to 3 Days. We receive Toyota parts every morning at 7:30 AM.

Do you use dealer or aftermarket parts?
Dealer or Toyota parts are ALWAYS our first choice. Only if they're not available will we use aftermarket parts.

Do you give free estimates?
Yes : When no testing is involved.

Can I drop off after hours?
YES : There is a container by the door on the gate with envolopes and pens and a drop box in the door.

Can you get used parts?
YES.

Are the testing charges applied to the repair?
NO.

Can I bring my own parts?
NO.

What is your warranty on AERSI work?
24 months or 24k Miles - Satisfaction Guranteed!

Do you work on vehicles other than Toyota, Lexus, and Scion?
